About the Tool
QTP / UFT tool is currently provided by HP and it’s a license tool earlier it was developed by Mercury Interactive
QTP / UFT is more stable & licensed tool provided by HP and it a leading Automation tool for Functional Automation of different Technology applications for both Desktop & Web based developed using java , .net, Flex, MainFrames, SAP etc.,
Test Professional with QTP / UFT skill set can expect an Avg package 8 to 12 lacks per Annum based on experience
QTP / UFT supports only on Windows OS but this is the only tool till now in the market which supports to Automate different technology applications like desktop, web, mobile applications.
The tool uses programming language VBScript to develop the Automation Scripts
LeanFT can be used to develop the scripts using not only vbscript can use Java, Python..etc language to develop automation scripts and the tool supports on any platform and can be integrated with Eclipse IDE, Jenkins..etc
