USEI Introduces Window-based iPad Medical Imaging Viewing Solution with XR-Vue SW at RSNA 2018

Minneapolis, MN – November 20, 2018 – U.S. Electronics, Inc. (USEI) announces the release of world’s first Windows-compatible medical display viewing solution leveraging high quality iPad displays, ideal for clinical review and reference monitors for patient review. The dual monitor workstation offers the smallest form factor viewing of 3MP medical images and comes with USEI’s XR-Vue viewing software. The product enables a costeffective workstation without the need to purchase high cost 3MP monitors. The iPad viewing solution will work on any Windows OS computer.


The product comes with following items:

  • Two (2) iPads with custom enclosures insertion
  • Dongles including license key for viewing
  • XR-Vue viewing software
  • DICOM calibration SW
  • Requisite cabling for iPads & PC
  • Not included: Windows-PC

A workstation demonstrating this medical imaging solution will be on display at the annual Radiology Society of North America (RSNA) exhibition, held from November 25th. to November 29th. at the McCormick Center in Chicago, IL at booth #1508 (South Hall). The workstation will be powered by a Dell OptiPlex 5050 computer with an Intel HD Graphics 630 display adapter.
